The Planning Commission reviewed a total of 62 applications in 29 municipalities during 2023, a decrease of 36 applications from the 98 reviewed during 2022. 

These reviews included, one major subdivision; 48 minor subdivisions; three minor residential land developments; nine non-residential land developments; and zero major residential land developments. 

This also included one sewage module. These projects encompass a total of 72 new lots at 5,388.1329 acres.
