Small Games Of Chance License Reminders

Raffle Tickets must include the following:

• Your CURRENT SMALL GAMES of CHANCE LICENSE NUMBER
• DATE AND TIME of Event (To be determined (TBD) or when all tickets are sold will not be accepted)
• Place of Event (event must be held in Huntingdon County) your license is a HUNTINGDON COUNTY license ONLY

• If SELLING Tickets out of COUNTY, the establishment must write a letter to the County's Treasurer and District Attorney
• If conducting the event out of HUNTINGDON county-- you must ALSO contact that county's Treasurer to apply for a SGOC license from that COUNTY
• You may not sell tickets out of STATE.
• No one may purchase tickets with a credit card
• No one under 18 may play or operate a SGOC
