    ** If abutting an residential district, a twenty (20) foot side yard is required, or if using on lot septic systems              
    ALL RESIDENTIAL USES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LOT, YARD, AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF THE "RU" DISTRICT              
                   
BG General Business                
    All Uses * 20,000 sq ft 100 ft 35 ft 20 ft 40 ft 30 ft 40%
    * All uses with on lot sewage must be approved by the Sewage Enforcement Officer & applicant must provide evidence of that approval.  Lots shall be at least 1 Acre.              
    ALL RESIDENTIAL USES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LOT, YARD, AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF THE "RU" DISTRICT              
                   
I Industrial                
    All Uses * 2 Acres 250 ft 50 ft 20 ft  30 ft 35 ft 35%
    * All uses with on lot sewage must be approved by the Sewage Enforcement Officer & applicant must provide evidence of that approval.                
                   
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES & USES - ALL DISTRICTS         n/a 5 ft. 10 ft.    
                   
Single Family Dwellings:  In districts permitting single family residences, not more than one such single family residence may occupy any one lot unless authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board.
Under no circumstances may the Board authorize more than one dwelling if the overall density permitted in that particular district is exceeded.  Dwellings which are placed alongside one another shall be spaced
so that the distance between structures shall be double the required side yard in that particular district.  In no event shall one structure be located behind the other on any one lot.    
All structures must have immediate access to a street right-of-way.
